Jeff Polson ○ Executive Director

Prior to joining JHFE, Jeff was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare in Louisville.  In that role, he was responsible for the strategic oversight of all marketing related function and served as the corporate spokesperson. Jeff also served in marketing and communications roles at Norton Healthcare, Bandy Carroll Hellige Advertising, and Guthrie Mayes Public Relations.

Jeff has been active in several professional and civic organizations, including board service to the Donor’s Forum, Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the American Heart Association, Louisville Advertising Federation, and the VSA Arts of Kentucky.

Tiffany Fabing ○ Program Director

Tiffany began her professional career as an Editorial Coordinator at ProQuest Information & Learning, an information-content company that provides research support products for libraries. She left the workforce to pursue a graduate degree while caring for her two young children. Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisville, and is a graduate of the Radcliffe Publishing Course.

Gregg Carter ○ Grants Manager

Gregg’s professional career includes several corporate accounting positions before transitioning to philanthropic work in 2011. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. In his spare time, Gregg enjoys spending time with his young daughter and watching baseball.

Jaime Jorrisch ○ Program Officer

Jaime’s background is in marketing and communications, most recently as an Account Director at Oden, where she managed brand communication and stewardship initiatives for FedEx. A Louisville native, Jaime graduated from University of Louisville with a BSBA in Finance, and now lives in the Highlands with her two children, Ethan and Mary, and their Maltese puppy, Charlie.

Deborah Dewey ○ Board Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Deborah joined the non-profit world two years ago as an Executive Assistant for the Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Foundation. Prior to that, she held many roles at Yum! Brands, Inc. from IT Administrative Assistant to Payroll Associate. Deborah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University in northern Ohio.
