Progress and final report templates are emailed following the execution of the grant agreement. If you have a question about reporting requirements, contact our Grants Manager, Gregg Carter.
If you have an active JHF grant and there has been a change to the scope of your project, including staffing, timeline, or budget, please contact the appropriate JHF staff person. Based on the extent of the change, we’ll determine if a formal grant modification action is necessary.
