Foundant Grants Portal

As of July 2025, JHF has fully transitioned our grants management software platform from Blackbaud to Foundant. See below for information on managing your grant:

  • Accessing Your Grant: If you’re a current or past JHF grantee and want to access information about your grant, log in to our Foundant Grants Portal. If you haven’t created an account, you will need to do so to access your grant.
  • Grant Reports: Progress and final reports for active grants can be filled out through the Foundant platform. Once logged in, your assigned progress and final reports will appear under “Assigned to You” or “Upcoming” on the left side of your dashboard.

If you need assistance accessing anything in Foundant, please contact our Program Associate, Kelsey Dovico.

Grant Recognition

If you wish to publicly recognize JHF’s grant, please contact Will Ousley, Communications Associate, for any of the following:

  • Communications: Please notify and provide an opportunity to review any planned communications where JHF will be named before publication. This includes any press releases, social media posts, print materials, etc.
  • Logo & Branding: Please reach out if you need JHF’s logo or have questions about the guidelines for JHF’s branding.
  • Events: If you plan to recognize the grant via a press conference or if the grant has an associated event, please reach out to coordinate the details.

Grant Modifications

If you have an active JHF grant and there has been a change to the scope of your project, including staffing, timeline, or budget, please contact the appropriate JHF staff person. Based on the extent of the change, we’ll determine if a formal grant modification action is necessary.
