Jeff Polson

Since 2012, Jeff has led JHF as the founding President & CEO. From the beginning, he has worked closely with the Board of Trustees and staff to develop the long-term strategy that guides our work in the community. 

Prior to joining JHF, Jeff was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare in Louisville. He also served in marketing and communications roles at Norton Healthcare, Bandy Carroll Hellige Advertising, and Guthrie Mayes Public Relations.

A seventh-generation Kentuckian, Jeff has been active in several professional and civic organizations, including board service to the Greater Louisville Project, Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Donor’s Forum, Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the American Heart Association, and Louisville Advertising Federation. In his personal time, Jeff takes joy in researching his family’s genealogy and puttering around the kitchen.

Jeff was named one of Louisville Business First’s Most Admired CEOs in 2022.
