As of July 4, 2025, we have fully transitioned our grants management software platform from Blackbaud to Foundant. However, not all grant management functions are currently active as we work to complete the data migration of historical grant information. To manage your active grant, please see below for the most up-to-date instructions:

Impact Reporting

Once the migration to Foundant is complete, all impact report requirements will be available for completion through the system. In the meantime, if you need to submit a progress/final report or have a question about reporting requirements, please e-mail Kelsey Dovico.

Grant Modifications

If you have an active JHF grant and there has been a change to the scope of your project, including staffing, timeline, or budget, please contact the appropriate JHF staff person. Based on the extent of the change, we’ll determine if a formal grant modification action is necessary.
