Kelsey Dovico

Program Associate

Kelsey joined JHF in 2025 to support the grantmaking process. As Program Associate, she collaborates closely with the JHF staff to provide grantee partners with a seamless experience through grants administration and program support.

A Detroit native, Kelsey graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Social Psychology. Prior to joining the JHF team, she served in leadership roles at various nonprofits in Michigan and Kentucky. She also spent one year on a Fulbright grant working with the gitano community in Madrid, Spain. Outside work, Kelsey enjoys hiking, practicing interfaith Spiritual Direction, and spending time with loved ones.
